Lea Stafford Events, LLC d/b/a Stafford Creative + Co. (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) collects and uses personal information in order to provide its services. This privacy policy
(the “Privacy Policy”) describes the personal information we collect, the purposes for which we
use it, the parties with whom we may share it, and your choices with respect to such information.

includes Company and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and
agents. Company services may include but are not limited to event production, management,
consulting, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to our

Services, applications, tools, or platforms, as well as through any other means where a link or
reference to this Privacy Policy is provided. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your use
of Company’s Services and services constitutes your acknowledgment and/or consent to the
practices described in this Policy.
This Privacy Policy incorporates the Company’s terms and conditions (“Terms of Use,” or the
“Terms”) (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Privacy Policy have the
meaning given to them in the Terms.

and terms of use. We do not directly obtain, store or process any Billing Information.
d. Order and Shipping Information
When you purchase Services through our Site, we will also ask you to provide certain
information, including but not limited to, the Services you would like to purchase, your name,

will use your Order Information to process your orders.

evaluate job applicants.

you from time to time. Although your request to stop receiving information will be reflected

We do not knowingly collect or maintain information directly from persons under 13 years of
age (“Children”), and no part of the Site or Services is directed to Children. If you are under 13

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right
to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom
they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared
with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the
names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products

the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email
address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal
information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

By accessing this Site and/or providing us with Personal Information and other data, you
expressly and unconditionally release and hold us harmless from any and all liability for any
injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of
